Fashion designer Narciso Rodriguez became celebrated in the world of perfumes with his debut Narciso Rodriguez For Her from 2003. That minimalist name and design, as well as musky sensuality adorn his latest olfactory creation that comes out in September of 2014—feminine fragrance Narciso Eau de Parfum.
"I wanted to create an extremely sexy fragrance that would turn a man’s head,” announces the designer, with the description, “The sensuality becomes a little bit more sexy, a little bit more intoxicating.”
The composition is composed of white gardenia and rose above the warm heart of musk. The base includes woody accords of vetiver and two types of cedar: black and white.
The bottle is simple: square, milky white with the name printed in black letters. The face of the perfume is a model Raquel Zimmermann.

After very successful edition for women, Narciso Rodriguez for Her, as well as its companion Narciso Rodriguez for Him, and their reinterpretations with mirror effect from 2008 (Article: Narciso Rodriguez Reflection in a Mirror ), a new fragrance, Essence for women, arrives on the market next year, 2009.
Airy and floral Essence will be introduced in March 2009 (to global market in April), as a limited edition, announced as very sexy, with pure, fresh and complete sunlight effect, decorated with a collage of rose, iris and amber and a musk base, created of Narciso Rodriguez' favourite ingredients, which bring a feeling of pleasure.
Essence was developed by Alberto Morillas (Firmenich), as a powdery-musky fragrance based on aromas of powdery iris, rose petals, benzoin balm surrounded with modern accords of musk.
Its flacon is created of glass, it is gently rounded and has mirror effect. Creator of the bottle is Ross Lovegrove, who found inspiration in the first edition for women, Narciso Rodriguez for Her, showing the new edition as a modern, futuristic and very sensual solution which follows the composition. The new bottle exhibits modern beauty.

Young and very modern American designer of Cuban origins Narciso Rodriguez has launched his first fragrances which has instantly become the hit in the US, and not only there. The new modern aroma is aimed at the modern and free woman, who is aware of her sexuality. Popularity of this fragrance (regardless of its unusual composition and a heavy character, and perhaps exactly because of that) is easy to explain because it reflects a desire of every woman to attract and seduce, and this fragrance has openly sexual character. Unusual lustful composition is created with the sensual musk in its centre, surrounded by orange, osmanthus and amber. The base unites vanilla, amber and vetiver. Intensive sharp scent with hidden and scarcely discernible densely-sweet nuance in the centre later turns into a soft and balmy powder. The aggression disappears and the fragrance becomes tame and gentle.
At first, in 2004 it was launched as EDT in a black bottle in pink outer box. Then in 2006 the EDP was created in a pink bottle and black outer box. The composition was changed, despite the fact that the musk note has remained in the centre of the composition. EDP has rose note in the top. The trace has become more mysterious and rich, thanks to exotic woods – patchouli and sandalwood. Both variances of the fragrance can be described as floral chypre with intensive musk nuance, only the first one is sharper and more aggressive, while the second one is sweeter and softer. The creators of these fragrances are Christine Nagel and Francis Kurkdjian.

Narciso Rodriguez presented his famous fragrances For Her and For Her Eau de Parfum in 2004 and 2006. After that, there were many limited edition and variations on the original theme. In February 2013, a new, refreshing and lighter version called Narciso Rodriguez L'Eau For Her is launched.
The original is warm, addictive, heady and musky. The new fragrance retains its sensuality but expresses it in the form of a light veil of body and skin scent. L'Eau is more playful and more youthful than the original. According to the designer, it symbolizes modern femininity which involves simple elegance and impulsivity.
The composition consists of jasmine, cyclamen and sparkling pink peony, with rose, amber and frozen lily of the valley that form a silky veil. The base includes musk and chypre accords of patchouli, immanent to the For Her collection of fragrances.
