Dahlia Noir

Dahlia Noir is the new perfume from the fashion house of Givenchy that embodies elegance and style of the couture brand under the leadership of its creative director Riccardo Tisci. The perfume is presented as a "Fatal Flower" of unreal and imaginative composition for mysterious and fascinating women.

Dahlia Noir or the “Black Dalia" is a powdery fragrance of dusty chypre - floral structure. Top notes of mandarin, pink pepper and mimosa lead to the extensive and intensive core of rose, iris and patchouli. The base wraps up the composition in a mysterious veil, made with notes of sandalwood, vanilla and tonka bean.

The bottle’s design is classic, simple and elegant, perfectly suited for the concept of the perfume. The advertising campaign features model Mariacarla Boscono as the sensual and dangerous "Black Dalia".
Dahlia Noir was launched in 2011. The nose behind this fragrance is Francois Demachy.

Eaudemoiselle de Givenchy

Eaudemoiselle de Givenchy is described as a floral edition interpreted in couture spirit with emblematic aristocratic values of the house of Givenchy. It is placed between the traditional and the modern, and it is ideal for young, contemporary women.

The minimalistic flacon with discrete curves is crowned with a cylindrical golden metal stopper. It captures a composition created of tangerine, Italian winter lemon, shiso (Japanese basil), rose, ylang ylang, musk, ambrette seed and tonka. The fragrance was created by Francois Demachy, who described it as ‘an imaginary rose in dewy morning’. Eaudemoiselle de Givenchy was launched in 2010.

Givenchy Play for men

Givenchy launched their fragrance for men in September 2008 and it was advertised by pop star Justin Timberlake.

This modern and contemporary perfume named Play was presented in two versions: Givenchy Play EDT and Givenchy Play Intense, in a bottle shaped like an MP3 player. It is made of milky glass, with cafalonium frame and rubber button to press.

These fragrant creations Givenchy Play are a work of perfumers Emilie Coppermann and Lucas Sieuzac (Symrise), from direction of Françoise Donche, the perfume nose of the house of Givenchy.
The perfume in EDT strength Givenchy Play EDT is created of notes of bergamot, mandarin orange, grapefruit, bitter orange, amyris wood, coffee flower, black pepper, vetiver and patchouli.

Several commercials accompany this perfume. They were made in black and white, by Tom Munro.
Givenchy Play Eau de Toilette was created by Emilie (Bevierre) Coppermann and Lucas Sieuzac.

Play For women

In 2010 Givenchy launches Play For Her, a female version of the famous and seductive Play for Him fragrance from 2008. Two noses worked to create this composition; these perfumers are Emilie Coppermann and Lucas Sieuzac. The face of the campaign, together with Justin Timberlake, is the Canadian model and actress Noot Sear.

Top notes include pink peppercorn and orange blossom, followed by the heart of amyris wood, Tiare flower and orchid, wrapped with the base of sandalwood, patchouli, Tonka bean and benzoin.

Play For Her was created by Emilie (Bevierre) Coppermann and Lucas Sieuzac.
